  1. Select the PDF or drop it onto the page to see thumbnails of all pages.
  2. Click the pages you want to remove, or type their numbers, for example 2, 7-9.
  3. Check the preview: pages marked for deletion are greyed out.
  4. Click delete and download the new PDF.

Common clean-up jobs

Scanners and exports often leave behind pages nobody wants: blank backs of single-sided originals, separator sheets, duplicate scans, cover letters or appended terms and conditions. Removing them makes the file shorter, smaller and easier to read, and avoids sending information the recipient doesn't need.

It is also the quickest way to prepare a document for a portal with a page limit, or to remove a page containing personal details, such as a bank statement page with your full account history, before sharing the rest.

To delete PDF pages from several documents, run the tool once per file; each file is processed separately on your device.

Check before you delete

Thumbnails show each page's content, so you can confirm you are deleting the right pages even when the document's printed numbers differ from its position in the file. Deleted pages are removed from the downloaded PDF entirely; they are not just hidden. Your original file is not modified, so you can always start again.

Frequently asked questions

Does deleting pages make the file smaller?

Usually, yes. Images and fonts used only on the deleted pages are no longer needed. For a bigger reduction, run the result through Compress PDF.

Can I undo a deletion?

Before downloading, just click a page again to unmark it. Your original file is never changed, so you can also start over.

Can I delete pages from a password-protected PDF?

Yes, after entering its password. The resulting PDF will not have a password.

Is my file uploaded?

No. Pages are removed in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
